Hammarplast freshy line
Design, engineering, 3D-modelling and production files for a new line of food containers for Hammarplast Consumer AB, Tingsryd, Sverige.
The aim was to make an efficient food container that is decorative enough for displaying on the table without sacrificing function. Focus was on making an interface between lid and box seamless and smooth but still minimize amount off trapped water when washed. The sizes and proportions were carefully balanced to achieve an impression of linear growth.
The Fridge boxes come in 6 sizes ranging from 0,4-2,9 litres. They are stackable both on top of as well as inside of each other. The boxes have four opening corners and the rounded shape makes cleaning easier.
